What Conclave is

Conclave is the private room between a client and ArcSystemsTechnology, a practice of ArcGabriel Ltd. The engagement itself is governed by the agreements the client signs: the engagement letter, the System Build Agreement, the Hosting and Service Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement. Where these terms and those agreements differ, the agreements prevail.

Invitation only

The room opens only to people the client has named and the practice has invited. A person may not share their sign-in link, and may not attempt to reach a room other than their own.

Signing

A document signed in the room by typing your name, having been shown the full text, is your signature, and the evidence Conclave keeps with it is the record of that signature. A signed document cannot be altered; a change is a new document.

What the room shows

The room shows the state of the build as the practice has recorded it and the update lines the practice has approved. It does not compose statements of its own. Where nothing has been recorded, it says so.

Availability

The practice aims to keep Conclave available at all times but does not promise it. Signed documents are archived and can be downloaded; keep your own copies as well.

Law
